Biography

Kati Leinonen is a professional photographer living in North of Finland. She studied in London College of Printing, The London Istitute, from where she graduated in 1999 with BA (Hons) in Photography. She has since then worked as a commercial and editorial photographer. In 2008 she travelled to Rochester in New York, USA to learn wet-plate collodion process with France Scully-Osterman and has since been working on projects with this alternative process. She is currently studying her Master’s Degree in the University of Lapland in the Faculty of Arts and Design.
